Having trained and qualified with one of the major international accountancy firms in the late 1980's, Adrian joined Lentells in 1996. With a focus on specialist audits and corporate work Adrian deals with many of Lentells larger clients as well as a broad range of individuals and partnerships. Adrian believes in providing a hands-on personal service to all clients regardless of their size and complexity. He has a good knowledge of IT applications, including Sage. Adrian is married with a young family.
Andrew joined Lentells in 2000 after 13 years with Deloitte & Touche. He is the founding Director of Lentells’ thriving Medical Division which serves more than 100 medical practices across South West England as well as a range of consultants, nursing homes, dentists and complementary practitioners.
Some of Andrew’s specialist areas are VAT, pensions, practice property issues, partnership agreements, all financial impacts of the new GMS contract, PMS funding and contracts and practice based commissioning. He lectures widely on financial issues for GP practices. He also specialises in accounting and tax services for professional practices and has extensive knowledge of limited companies.
Andrew is married with two children and lives in Chard.
With a broad client base across commerce, industry and agriculture, Ian has extensive experience of helping businesses develop. He specialises in unincorporated businesses and personal tax planning, with a special focus on Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning. Ian is married with three children.
Jane has been acting for medical practices since 1994 when she joined specialist medical accountancy firm Morris Crocker in Havant. Jane qualified as a Certified Accountant in l998 and in recent years has worked for a wide portfolio of clients including GP's, care homes, dentists and hospital consultants. Jane now lives with her husband and two children in Cotford-St-Luke near Taunton.
Jo Fursman FCCA qualified as a certified accountant in 2001 and is audit registered. She was appointed a Director in 2008 in recognition of the significant role she has played in developing the Lentells specialist division for medical practices.
Her client portfolio now encompasses medical practices, dental practices, limited companies, small businesses and not for profit organisations. Jo combines her approachable, hard working, caring and cheerful nature with a highly professional approach and a keen eye for detail. She has developed a reputation for building strong, long lasting relationships with her clients and for bringing real added value to her clients’ businesses.
Jo is married with a young family and lives in Chard.
Mike joined Lentells' Seaton office in 1987, qualifying in 1996. Mike believes in providing a comprehensive service to all his clients in order to assist in the development of their business. He emphasises the importance of building strong working relationships with his clients, regardless of the size and complexity of their business. Mike is married with four children and lives locally in the Axe Valley.
Nigel qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst Young in 1981 and then moved to Taunton. He also qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 1983 and has served a wide range of corporate and personal clients since. He joined Lentells in 2004 and is able to provide tax consultancy on income and capital tax matters. Nigel is married with two children.
Philip joined Lentells in 1981 having qualified in 1980 with another West Country practice. His farming family background enables him to provide an informed and personalised service to his many agricultural clients. In addition, he has considerable experience in probate, trusts, financial planning and assisting charitable organisations. Philip is married with two children and is dedicated to providing a comprehensive service to his clients.
