Staff retention within Lentells is high which we believe is due to our continuing commitment to develop our existing staff and offer fresh opportunities for individuals within the firm.

Retaining a loyal team of staff is key to providing continuity of service to our clients who appreciate dealing with individuals who have built up a good relationship with them and have detailed knowledge of their business.

Lentells are committed to providing continuing professional training for our staff. We fund external technical training courses for our team as well as internal training sessions and 'on the job' training.

We are an ACCA approved training practice and all students training for professional qualification with the ACCA are sent on external courses as well as being provided with a home study package. We also are committed to providing training for staff working towards their AAT qualification.
