Main Topics covered

Overview of QuickBooks Online and Customisation

  • Look at ‘what is on the screen’
  • Cog icon and set up Classes and Locations

Chart of Accounts

  • Overview and create new main and sub-account


  • Create New Suppliers and Post Purchase Invoices (Bills)


  • Create New Customers, Products and Services, Create a Credit Sales invoice and a Cash Sales invoice


  • Look at the Bank Feed, Match Bank transactions with Sales and Purchase Invoices, Bank Rules and Bank Reconciliation

Recurring Transactions


  • Extract and Customise various reports
