Secretary/Receptionist – Chard

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Secretary/Receptionist to join our friendly team in the busy Chard Office.

 

The role will include general typing and office admin as well as occasional reception work, answering phones and greeting clients.

 

The successful candidate must have accurate audio typing skills with good attention to detail, knowledge of Word and Excel and be confident on the phone and be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.

 

Occasional trips to the bank are required therefore, a driving licence and car is an advantage.

 

Hours are 8.30 to 5.00 Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch.

 

Salary is dependent on experience, four weeks holiday plus Bank Holidays, increasing to five weeks after long service.

 

We are located in Chard Business Park, with plenty of free parking.
